➤ Customers are required to provide photo/video proof of the defective or damaged product to process the request.
All products on COLOR are custom-printed and fulfilled through our production partner Qikink.
➤ Since each product is printed on-demand, returns or refunds are only applicable in cases of defective, damaged, or incorrect items.
➤ Size issues, change of mind, or personal preferences are not eligible for return or refund.
➤ Any claim must be reported within 7 days of delivery with photo/video proof, and it will be verified in coordination with Qikink before approval.
