Returns & Exchanges Policy

At Colorose, all our products are made-to-order and custom printed. Please read our policy carefully before placing an order.

Returns are accepted only in the following cases:
- The product received is defective
- The product is damaged
- The product received is incorrect
Customized / Printed products (such as T-shirts, Hoodies, etc.) are not eligible for return due to:
- Wrong size selection
- Change of mind
- Color preference issues
- Personal preference
All return requests must be raised within 7 days of delivery by contacting us at care@colorose.in.

Exchanges are applicable only if the product received is:
- Defective
- Damaged
- Incorrect
Size or Color Exchange (Special Case):
- Since all products are custom printed and made-to-order, size or color exchanges are generally not allowed.
- However, in genuine cases, a size or color exchange may be approved after manual review.
- In such cases:
  - Shipping charges will be borne by the customer
  - Exchange approval will be at the sole discretion of Colorose

Exchange requests must also be raised within 7 days of product delivery

Original shipping may be free.
For approved size/color exchanges, shipping charges will apply, including return and re-shipping costs where applicable.

All return and exchange requests are subject to inspection and verification.
Colorose Team reserves the right to approve or reject any request.
The company’s decision will be final and binding.
